How a study moves

From the modality to the archive, one chain

Every study is a sequence someone can follow: received, understood, assigned, reported, reviewed, delivered, preserved.

01

Receive

The study arrives from a modality or an upload. The hospital is identified and the study is stamped with the company it belongs to.

02

Understand

The exam is classified, the language and the priority are known, and a multi-exam study can be split.

03

Coordinate

The worklist shows it. Coverage says who is on. Assignment uses skill, shift, and the hospital's own admission list.

04

Report

A template loads. AI may draft or review if that hospital allows it. A radiologist writes or signs. A second flow can run beside the first.

05

Assure

Reviewers and QA see the findings. Returns and amendments stay on the record. The hospital can say whether the report helped.

06

Deliver and preserve

The report goes out in the formats the hospital needs, including its information system. The study then rests in the read-only archive.
